Pricing

Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and preferred shipping method. 

Usually the orders can be shipped out within 24 hours after getting the payment not including the weekends or holidays. Please plan in advanced accordingly.

Packing 

We generally pack your orders within one business day for express and priority shipping options, and 2-4 business days for standard shipping orders. 

Business days are Mondays to Fridays and they do not include federally recognized holidays in US or weekends.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days, Monday through Friday 10.am to 4.pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the Sunday or holidays. 

All orders can be chose to be shipped out according to fast and safe rule. So as for the different country, there are different warehouse and shipping way to delivery the hair.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (within 24 hours) + Shipping Time. The processing time varies based on the items you buy.

 Logistic

1.Europe & UK: Usually the orders will be shipped from our warehouses in Amazon by Amazon Logistic, It takes 3-5 working days, free shipping.

2. United States/Canada/Australia: usually the orders will be shipped from our warehouses in Amazon by Amazon Logistic, It takes 3-5 working days, free shipping.

3. If our Amazon warehouse are out of stock, we will ship out from our China warehouse, it usually takes 10-15 working days, free shipping.

We offer different international shipping methods . You can choose your preferred method on the checkout page.

 Shipping 

Shipping costs are non-refundable once we pack and ship your order.  We urge customers to double-check their shipping information to ensure successful deliveries.  We recommend shipping to a permanent address and we will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped out, it is in the hands of the carrier and we recommend that you track your shipment with their online tracking tool.  If an issue arise with your package delivery, we are always happy to help, but we highly recommend that you contact the post carrier for detailed information regarding your package. 

 Please note that we will not be responsible for any errors made by the post carrier and you must file a case through them for resolution.  We are also not responsible for any custom-imposed charges, so please check your package status frequently to see if any duties are to be paid.

For orders that are returned to us due to failed delivery, wrong addresses, unpaid-duties, or other reasons, we will notify you and re-ship the order out to you with an additional shipping fee or if you wish to have the order cancelled instead, we will charge a cancellation fee of €5.99.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a refund within 12 hours of placing your order.  However, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation or order editing once the order is placed.  Once the order has been packed, we will charge a cancellation fee of $10 and refund you in your original form of payment.

We cannot cancel, edit, or make any changes to orders that have been shipped.

Tax And Import Duty

When Goods are being ordered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the country of destination. We are not responsible for such charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

If import duties and taxes incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don't pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around 1 week and after that, if you still haven't paid, it will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these charges as well as additional postage fee for the return. As the Goods will be returned to us we will refund your order but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Note that we are not responsible for the refund of any import duties and taxes that your order may have incurred.

Order from Brazil needs to in charge the tax and import duty by customers.
