Hi ,Our coffee machine is compatible with adaptor which output is 5V 1A or 5V 2A. 5V 2A could be much better.

The original espresso works best when you extract with 50ml of water. You can get 4-5 cups (50ml) from a full charge. If you use 80ml water, the machine can only heat water and extract 2-3 cups.

1. 1.Check if you push the capsule firmly into the holder.
2. Check if you put the capsule holder in the filter holder correctly.
3. Check whether you screw the portafilter firmly into the body, otherwise the brew may fail.

Yes.You just need to buy a 24v usb car charger.

Hi,Only capsule now.We will sell the powder chamber in the coming days.Then you can use the powder.
By the way ,our machine is only compatible with Nepresso Original Aluminum capsule like Starbuck;Illy;,Lavazza;BrewBlack;Der-Franz;Grano Milano;FRIENDS;Caffè Nero ,etc.

Cleaning brush included for easy cleanup. The removable upper burr, hopper and chamber removes easily for effortless cleanup. Do not use water or other liquids to clean the inside of the espresso bean grinder/burrs.

Pour-over Coffee needs about 30-45 clicks.

Double click the top switch button. If the top indicator light flashes red, it indicates that the power of the product is too low and it needs to be charged.

Hello, you'd better not use it when charging. It only takes two hours to recharge.

The handle pulls off to let you fill it. Only the bottom unscrews so you can empty it.

Water should not be run through the grinder. The grinder comes with a soft brush which can be used to clean the burrs and any excess coffee. You can also take it apart every now and then and give it a thorough clean.

Yes, I do own a Turkish coffee pot and this grinder will go past espresso into Turkish for sure. Grinding for pour over is smooth, easy and satisfying.It has adjustments from finely ground for espresso to pour overs and even coarser grinds for cold brew, drip brew, etc.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. We ocassionally get in new shipments throughout one month. If we are getting more in stock, you will be able to backorder the product. If there is no option to backorder, you can expect it to be back in stock after 30days.
