Firstly, if you’re visiting this page it probably means you’ve bought something from us and so we owe you a ‘Thank you'! Here at COTGCO we stand behind our products, in quality, functionality, and fit.

Free 30 Day Exchange Policy. We understand that with coffee grinder and coffee machine the fit is one of the most important parts. For this reason, we allow you to exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.
When returning/exchanging please keep the following in mind:
--Items must be unused and unwashed.
--Items must be returned with their batteries and chargers included.
--Items must be returned in salable condition. Items returned with pet hair, smelling of smoke or heavy perfume/cologne, dirty, etc will not be refunded.
--Items must be returned in the same condition you’d be happy receiving from us.
--Returning items must be postmarked and dropped off with the carrier within 30 days of receiving your item OR 30 days after Christmas.
3.Measures to be taken to return/exchange goods.
To start a return and exchange, please contact us at email@example.com write your order number and reason for return and exchange in the email, including a photo of the product you are returning and the size and style you are exchanging.
We will confirm the required information with you within 2 business days.
Please note that returns and exchange will need to be sent to the address that our customer service team provided to you.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package via email, then you can choose any logistics provider you like to send the items to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be sure to contact us to confirm the return address and method before you send the item.
4.How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
*Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
